    Dear Neeraj

I received a letter from your mother and was perturbed to hear that you have been missing a lot of your classes in school.

She told me that you are hanging with the wrong crowd and have started bunking your classes. Let me tell you that class 10 syllabus is not that easy and it won’t do any good if you continue with such reckless attitude towards your studies. You have to attend classes and listen to your teachers as they are the ones who will help make your future bright. Your friends will not be there to support you throughout your life. But your education is something that will stay with you forever and help you lead a better life. You should remember that excess of anything is bad.

I hope that you will act upon my advice and take your studies seriously.

    Yours lovingly

Subject: Increasing death tolls due to underage driving

I would like to draw your attention towards the injuries and deaths taking place due to underage driving.

The news of accidents caused by underage drivers is getting too common these days. Many rich children are spoiled by their parents as they give in to their demands and buy them a car before they are of legal age. This result in serious accidents. Despite all this, the Municipal authorities have taken no action to ensure that this problem is draft with an urgent basis. Many are left with a warning or worse, with a bribe. No attention has been given to solvethis problem. These youngsters often obstruct traffic, leading to traffic jams and many a time small vehicle owners receive fatal injuries after colliding with them.

So I sincerely hope you will give this matter due attention  so  as  to  ensure  safety  to  motorist  on  the city  roads.

    Health is the greatest Wealth

    By Sana

There is a famous saying, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”. To keep oneself mentally and physically fit, one needs some refreshment which games and sports provide. They refresh and enable us to regain the lost energy.

Children these days are indulging in fast foods and are not bothered about its consequence on their health. This leads to obesity, heart diseases and many other health related issues related to it.

Another factor contributing to sedentary lifestyle is overindulgence in their phones, play stations that have replaced outdoor activities.

The company of nature is always refreshing. It gives us pure air to breathe and fresh mind to think positively. Outdoor activities and games such as hockey, cricket, football and volleyball involve lot of running and jumping. This type of physical activities help in digestion and blood circulation.

Thus children have to make a conscious effort to improve their lifestyle by exercising and having healthy balanced diets.

    Or

Rivers in India are not just water bodies but they are worshiped as Gods and Goddesses. Despite this fact it is apparent that Yamuna is continually pollute due to industrial and domestic waste , lack of sufficient sewage treatment plants etc.

People dumping their ritualistic apparatus in the river is a common site in New Delhi. Many people bathe their domestic animals like cows or buffaloes in the river. The level of ammonia in the water has reached very high levels. The agricultural waste is also one of the major cause of pollution of Yamuna.

It is high time that we learn from foreign countries on how they are scientifically recycling wastes and making use of the wastes to construct new roads, buildings etc. Government needs to take immediate steps to initiate more plans to clean the awareness among the masses.
