Principles of management are flexible because they cannot be applied blindly in an identical manner to all situations.

Principle of initiative indicates eagerness to initiate action without being asked to do so.

Directing is that part of management process, which ensures that the members of an organisation work efficiently for achieving organisational objectives.

The supervisor is a link because he communicates the policies and decisions of management to workers and on the other hand he conveys the suggestions, grievances and complaints of workers to management.

Right to be heard means consumer has a right to file complaint and to be heard in case he is dissatisfied after using a product or after availing a service.

The purpose of the act is to protect and promote the consumers’ interest through speedy and inexpensive redressal of their grievances.

Every organisation has a set of goals which are the reason for its existence. Management unites the efforts of different individuals in the organisation towards achieving these goals
